We want you to love your Judge Away order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return Email us at hello@judgeaway.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs We offer free returns on all UK orders.
